Dallas Cowboys Quarterback Tony Romo and former Miss Missouri Candice Crawford tied the knot in Dallas, Texas at Arlington Hall on Saturday, May 28. The bride-to-be worked diligently with designer Rani Totman of St. Pucchi to create a dress that was all her own. And she certainly makes it hers with a Queen Anne collar and low-cut V neckline. Her girls sure got some attention from Romo on the day of the wedding!
The 100% satin ensemble made a big statement in Dallas with accented feathers, rhinestones and beads. Style Watch did an article called “Candice Crawford’s Whimsical Wedding Gown” about Candice’s wedding dress saying that she had already found the gown before Romo even popped the question. Designer Totman says, “It was an incredible experience watching the dress come to life on her.” She kept a photo of the dress and as soon as Tony asked her the words “Will you marry me?” she ordered the dress. Love or obsession? I can’t say, but I can say the dress is a stunning creation and it seems to fit her just like a glove…or just like her perfect-for-Candice designed wedding gown. The only thing she is missing is a clutch to hold her lip gloss and cell phone in case hubby Tony needs to reach her and her.
The Margaret Rhinestone Clutch is a good match for her because it’s a solid color, close to the dress but a little more bronze, so that the off-white isn’t overpowered with a black or bright colored clutch. The gold in the clutch would accent the design elements in her gown such as the feathers, rhinestones and beads. The clutch is perfect for any bride who is getting married in off-white!
