In addition to releasing new singles, running her fashion line, and sharing the limelight with her famous hubby Jay Z, she’s been out on the town looking fabulous like always.

At the Billboard Awards last weekend she sexed it up in a little black dress. Hollywood’s most elite stars have been walking down the red carpet at the 64^th annual Cannes International Film Festival. The festival is held in the south of France and is one of the oldest and most prestigious festivals. This year’s festival is being held from May 11 to May 22 and will feature an array of big-ticket movie stars such as Angelina Jolie, Selma Hayek and Johnny Depp.

For those of you who may not know much about this festival, it features different categories such as Best Short Film, Best Screenplay and Best Director. Each category is judged by a set of jurors who decide which film should receive an award, if any. This year, the iconic Robert DeNiro is the President of the Jury.

All of Tinsel Town is a flutter with the big news that Kate Hudson is engaged to Muse frontman Matthew Bellamy! Kate has been engaged for about a week now, but is still completely ecstatic about it.

The engagement was announced on the “Today” show when Matt Lauer asked Kate to place her left hand into his so he could look at her new ring. She said she didn’t want to announce her engagement, but rather was waiting for someone to notice. Well, notice we did! The rock is a beautiful emerald cut diamond ring that sparkles in any lighting.

Besides the engagement, Kate is also expecting her second child later this year. The father of her baby is her new fiancé Matthew, of course! Kate also has a son, Ryder, from a previous marriage to Chris Robinson of the Black Crowes.

There is one thing that Kate has always been known for, however, and that is her unique fashion sense! Recently she was spotted wearing an elegant outfit at a prestigious event. In this photo she adorns a revealing blue dress that accentuates her baby belly and carries a gold, shiny clutch.
