The cast of hit reality series “Jersey Shore” is heading to Florence, Italy to film their fourth season. This time, however, it seems the cast, including Snooki and Pauly D, will have to tone back their wild behavior. Now let’s be honest, do we actually think it is possible for them to discipline themselves?
The mayor of Florence, Matteo Renzi, has set some ground rules that the cast must follow in order to not disgrace the historic city. He wants to make sure that the cast portrays the beautiful city in a positive light. One rule the mayor created includes not portraying Florence as a drinking town. This means the cast cannot film in clubs, bars or any place that promotes reckless consumption of alcohol. They are also not allowed to be filmed while drinking in public. For anyone who has ever seen the show, it will be interesting to see how the cast deals with these new rules.
Another rule is that the cast must interact with authentic Italians and promote Italy and its culture. Do any of the cast members even know how to speak Italian?
