Out of jail… again. In case you didn’t hear, Lindsay Lohan was released from jail after only 13 hours in the slammer. The actress was arrested for violating the terms of her probation yet again. It’s debatable weather or not Lohan is more famous for being arrested than
for being a movie star. At least she’s dressed stylish while coming in and out of court.
Shoes shoes shoes. If anything was fierce on the spring runways it was the shoes featured in Christian Siriano’s collection. The former project runway winner created a slew of stylish, towering heels to be available at Payless shoe stores come spring. Rumor has it Payless is going to tone down the style to make them more accessible to the everyday shopper, but I love them just the way they are.
Comback kid. There’s no question about it, Betty White has made a comeback. From supporting roles in romantic comedies to hosting SNL, White has made her mark on Hollywood yet again. While her roles have changed throughout the decades, so has her trendy yet age-appropriate style.
America the great. It appears the latest comic book turned into a movie is Captain America. Actor Chris Evans was chosen for the lead role, who Wikipedia tells me, was already the Human Torch in the Fantastic Four movies. It seems Evans, with his washboard abs and good looks, is already a super hero film veteran.
