Fits everything, Goes anywhere!

I love this big huge beautiful purse! I work full time and attend classes at night, so I carry a lot with me all the time. I can even squeeze a small lunch in there! The quality is good, although I wish its structure was a more solid, like luggage. The sides sag down a bit, but I plan to reinforce it from the inside.
Quite stylish, fun and huge.

Fabulous

I have this bag in black and it is to die for. The material is sturdy and durable, such a chic look and then you open it up and it is adorable! PLENTY of space.

Tammie bag

I just got this bag as a Mother's Day Gide from my mother-in-law. This bag is gorge! It's pretty heavy so I wouldn't put too much in the bag. It also looks very expensive and I love the different compartments. The only reason I gave this bag 4 out of five is because its wasn't as big as it looks in the pictures. As heavy as it is I think it's probably better the way it is, also the strap is not as long either. Besides that, it's a super cute bag and I can't wait too show it off.

Tammie Bag

I got this bag as a gift for mother's day and I love it. It seems very durable and is super cute. The only reason I gave it four out of five is because the bag is not as big as it looks in the pictures and the strap is a bit shorter then I thought. However, the bag is pretty heavy without anything in it at the size it is, so I can imagine how heavy it would be if it were bigger. Other then that I love this bag and will be placing an order for another bag very soon.

Bag

I loved the design and color of the bag, but it was just too large and I had to send it back. I am looking for one 10 to 12\" long, 8 to 9\" tall and 4 to 5\" wide in cobalt blue with the same features as this one.

Poor Quality

When I saw this bag I could not wait to receive it. I needed it for Christmas Eve. I received on time and when I opened up the box, I noticed that the bag was not stuffed with tissue paper and just lying at the bottom of the box with a fold in it. Then , after looking at it more closely, I noticed that the gold clasp at the top was broken and sitting at the bottom of the plastic bag it came in. Very disappointing! The color was beautiful and the style very nice but the quality not so. O.K., so I e mailed and explained what happened and was told that they would send to me another bag and a pre-paid label to return the first bag I had received. O.K., I can live with that. I received the SECOND bag shortly thereafter and low and behold, this second one is also defective as the gold piece on the side of the bag to put the shoulder strap thru is also at the bottom of the plastic. OMG, not again! I showed it to my husband and he was livid and now the 2 bags are going back. I am waiting for my pre-paid labels to return the 2. It's too bad because the bag is very pretty but they do not stuff them, like I previously said, and this causes a crease in the bag which, eventually, if you keep it stuffed, will probably, I hope, come out. Exceptional Customer Service

I had given this bag one star in a previous review but now, because of the exceptional customer service I received from Susie McConnell , the director of Customer Happiness, I am taking back that 1 and changing it to a 5. She had come across my back and forth e mails regarding what happened to me and e mailed me and apologized and said that she would send me another bag personally inspected by her and that she did. I received the Tammi Exotic and it was in perfect condition and just beautiful for the price. I will certainly buy from Handbag Heaven again and will probably purchase a white Tammi Exotic for the summer. If you want to read my previous review, it is titled Poor Quality and signed by Phyllis. I just want to re-iterate that Susie and her team are wonderful and the customer service the best that you will ever come into contact with. Thank you again, Susie and I cannot wait for my White Tammi Exotic.
