How does the referral program work?
When you register for our referral program, you are able to earn credit for every friend who purchases from HandbagHeaven.com. When you refer your friends to our site, we send them a one-time-use discount code good for 15% off their purchase on HandbagHeaven.com. For every friend who places an order using your referral code, $10 will be credited to your account on HandbagHeaven.com.
How do I make sure that I get credit for my friends' orders?
When you refer friends to our store, we'll send them an e-mail letting them know that you have passed a 15% discount their way, good for any order on HandbagHeaven.com. In order for you to receive your $10 credit per order, your friend MUST use the promotional code in the e-mail sent to them. This code can be entered on the checkout page in the box labeled "Promo/Referral Code."
Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer to the store?
Absolutely not! For each friend you refer, we'll send a 15% discount referral code their way. This way, all of your friends can enjoy the fabulous bags available at HandbagHeaven.com!
Do referral codes expire?
Referral codes expire 30 days from activation. The expiry date is noted in the e-mail containing the referral code.
Do my Referral Rewards expire?
No. Referral Rewards can be used at any time.
How do I know how many Referral Rewards I have earned or which friends have used their referral codes?
It's easy to track your Referral Rewards. After you log in to your HandbagHeaven.com account, the page will list how much credit you have earned from your friends' orders and how to redeem that credit.
How do I redeem my Referral Rewards?
Log in to your HandbagHeaven.com account and add your items to your shopping cart. Once you are to the checkout page, select the "Referral Rewards" option above the section where you would normally enter your credit card information. The credit will be applied to your total, and you can then choose to pay the remaining amount with a credit card or through PayPal. Unfortunately, you cannot complete the checkout process with Google Checkout after applying your Referral Rewards.
Can I transfer my Referral Rewards to someone else?
Your Referral Rewards are only valid for orders placed under your name. However, if you would like to "gift" your Referral Rewards to someone else, you are more than welcome to purchase a gift certificate in the recipient's name and apply your Referral Rewards toward the purchase.
Can I use my referral code more than once?
No. Referral codes are good for one order only and expire within 30 days of activation.
