The exterior of this messenger is made of faux leather with a glossy patent shine and silver hardware. The front foldover flap is secured with two front buckles with hidden snaps, and center closure. Carry this neon bag at a shorter or longer length by using the fully adjustable messenger strap, which can also be removed to carry as a clutch.
