The Allison Messenger Tote is a perfect addition to any low-key gal’s wardrobe! This beautiful bag is made from smooth coffee brown or taupe leatherette that that is softly accented with coordinating stitching and dark hardware. The short handles are perfect for carrying as a hobo like tote, or throwing over your shoulder, while the longer, detachable strap is great for wearing your handbag as a functional messenger or cross body bag.

One zippered pocket adorns the backside of this large bag, while the inside includes another zippered pocket and two open pockets that are great for organizing smaller items. The inside of the tote and its pockets are lined with an olive brown fabric lining, and the roomy interior allows for plenty of room for extras like a water bottle or notebook. Decent

When I received my order I was a bit dissapointed. There were a few stiches that were not coming out per se, but sticking up. I a proper trimming of them would've been nice. Also, the sash that converts the bag into a messenger (one of my favorite attributes) only had 2 or 3 holes very close together and so it was ultimately too long and the bag would've been a low as the back of your knees. This is a relatively big bag/purse so they should've considered its size when designing its sash. I had to take it to a shoemaker who was able to punch more holes in it so that it could actually be usuable for me. Other than that, the product was as advertised.

Messenger tote

I like the size..I expected the strap that can go across my body to be a messenger bag to be a little stronger, and the holes were at the very end of the strap. I had to place new holes in it with a scissor, which I was disappointed in..
